Baltimore Officer charged with felony theft

A Baltimore City Officer and a woman were charged with a felony theft by a Baltimore County Police.

The officer has been arrested and suspended from his duties.

Robert Gordon, 44, and Daniela Gordon, 40, were charged with felony theft at a Wal-Mart in Cockeysville.

The two purchased about $150 worth of items on Tuesday afternoon and tried to steal more than $1,100 worth of items by hiding them under their purchases and coats, according to 11 News.

When pulled by a security guard, Robert Gordon and Daniela Gordon tried to evade suspicion, saying that they were going to go to their car to get a checkbook to pay for the items.
