News-Letter: Why did you decide to retire now?
On June 11, the City of Baltimore announced a “Payment in lieu of taxes” (PILOT) agreement with the Maryland Hospital Association (MHA) and the Maryland Independent College and University Association (MICUA).
I recently had the privilege of taking a tour of Gilman. While a few finishing touches, such as moving in furniture, remain to be done, the building is essentially complete. Click on an image to see an enlarged version.
