This weekend’s picks include a Chelsea Handler show and the farmers’ market in Fells Point.

There is only one week of school left! Enjoy the beautiful weather with relaxing events around the city before the final push of the semester.

Friday

Mount Royal Soaps Night Market, 5–9 p.m.

The Mount Royal Soaps store is hosting a night market with live music, free beer and an assortment of beloved food vendors, including Ekiben. And, of course, there are many soaps to choose from, whether for a gift or for yourself! 

Poetry and Comedy Show, 6–9 p.m.

Come support the Baltimore Abortion Fund at a poetry and comedy show at Red Emma’s right off of 33rd Street. There will be food and drinks, and the $10 suggested donation will go toward a good cause!

Saturday 

Fells Point Farmers’ Market, 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

If you ever get sick of the Farmers’ Market in Waverly, head down to Fells Point and check out theirs! It’s located at the historic Broadway Square and never disappoints, with many food vendors to choose from. 

Chelsea Handler at The Lyric, 7 p.m.–12 a.m.

As final paper and project deadlines near, you might find yourself in need of some comedic relief. The witty Chelsea Handler — a comedian, TV show host and New York Times bestselling authorwill be at The Lyric on Saturday night. Tickets start at $70.50.

Sunday

Drop-in Art Making, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.

Tap into your artistic side at the Walters Art Museum for a monument-making event! All the supplies will be provided, and, of course, like everything else at the Walters, the event is free to everyone.
