The Office of Multicultural Affairs celebrates Black History Month throughout February.

This Friday you can attend a Musical Showcase on  Voices of the African Diaspora.

Saturday there is a public lecture called “Bulldozing Jim Crow.” This event will begin at 2 p.m. at the Ralph F. Lewis Museum.

On Sunday, come to Charles Commons Ballroom B to discuss the state of marriage in the black community. Dr. Katrina Bell McDonald gives a lecture on this subject entitled “Not Everyone Jumps the Same Broom.” Dinner will be catered by Darker than Blue.

Events continue throughout the rest of February, covering topics from Cabaret to Health Care.

So look out as the OMA brings food, art, culture and politics to JHU for Black History Month.
