For the few undergrads still hanging around campus in mid August, today brought the opening of Brody Learning Commons. Despite the newly open space, there are plenty of people keeping to the comforts of the library, hiding from the expansive spaces and smell of new furniture.
There's also a little commotion going up on Keyser Quad as "House of Cards" is filming this week. Or, as the library's Facebook page notes, "We've declared war on Gilman."
If you have a chance to look up while walking into the Keyser Quad entrance this week, you would be forgiven to think that MSE was having an identity crisis from the television show.
With the sun setting it's hard to get a shot of the library from the other side. Don't worry though, it's still the Milton S. Eisenhower Library from that side of campus.
