Palin: the best choice in 2008

Moreover, a careful scrutiny of her voting record in her own state makes it painfully obvious that Sarah Palin is the Iceman to McCain's Maverick.? Both candidates break the mold of stereotypical conservative thought, supporting federal regulations when appropriate, and standing behind necessary government spending. When Democrats stall progressive political movements, one can rely on McCain and Palin to build bridges, to know where to reach across the aisle and to bring large amounts of stranded politicians over to the mainland. Specific examples escape me at the moment only because the pair are nonconformists, and their voting records account for their careful scrutiny of each policy that is placed in front of the legislative branch. ?

Some have claimed that Alaska's distance from the 48 contiguous states may have kept Palin out of touch with the realities facing the rest of the nation.? Well she certainly isn't. Palin has expressed that she has maintained knowledge of all political affairs through newspapers and other forms of journalism.? And she doesn't just read a few of the articles - she reads all of them.? I dare any of the Obama supporters to make the claim he has the time or the patience to remain so well-versed in every piece of journalism published.? This type of dedication and meticulousness can only be accomplished by a woman with her credentials. ?

With scientific discovery being the new frontier for man, any politician needs to possess openness to all forms of unbiased inquiry. Lately politicians have been slamming the cover of the Bible and burning the only true text to human enlightenment and morality.?Scientists have brain-washed our children into believing the path of righteousness was previously trodden by rodents and monkeys.? Thank God Palin is the first politician since 1986 to support the teaching of creationism alongside of evolution in our public schools.? Finally, we have a candidate prepared to remove the wool Darwinists pulled over our eyes and fight back against atheist propaganda.

McCain was the obvious choice for President since he won the Republican nomination. With his choice of Palin as a running mate, he demonstrated that he is a true maverick, patriot and experienced politician. Despite any liberal attacks on her ability to serve our great nation, there should be no doubt that Palin is qualified in foreign policy and social and economic issues. She recognizes the importance of God in our school and politics and is always willing to fight against policies and influences that have no place in government. Sarah Palin is truly the best choice for Vice President.

I am sure that this article is some sort of joke. The authors could not possibly believe that Sarah Palin is ready to assume the position of Vice President. (Continued…)

This article actually **is** a joke/farce/whatever you'd like to call it (Facebook essentially proved this to me). I don't know exactly what the angle is with the dead-pan sarcasm, but I feel like my time has been wasted reading it. (Continued…)

I really, REALLY hope you are kidding when you say Roe v. Wade "is ultimately the only one necessary to understand the fundamental social issues that have plagued our nation in the latter half of this past century. (Continued…)

Very well written. The only concerning part is that there are a few too many potential voters wondering if it is a joke or not. Interesting that there isn't one article out there (that I've read) that covers Palin's admirable experiences and positive leadership qualities that would be desirable in our future Vice-President and potential President. (Continued…)

Perhaps the reason Palin's "voting record" escapes you is because Palin hasn't "voted" on anything since 1996. She was a mayor and then a governor.
