Minority enrollment rises; study finds workplace disparities

That is great that Hopkins has been able to attract so many minority students, as it paves the way for prepared, college educated minorities in the workplace. Calling on current minority student volunteers is the best way to help attract minorities to the university. Just like in recruiting, when a potential diversity candidate/student is able to see that there are people in the prospective company or university that are physically and culturally like him, the chances that he will attend the school or take the job will greatly increase.
