Why did you bother with this "story". There were no facts presented, only the paranoid claims of Murphy. I doubt a clerk told him they would "ransack his luggage". Did Karl Rove arrange to have his luggage misplaced? By the way, there are two Walter Murphys in a town of 20,000 near my home, so I doubt the exclusivity of that name, as he claims. Could this be a bonafide case of Bush Derangement Syndrome?

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply. I was well aware of the speculative coverage of this story by much of the mainstream media, so I made sure to speak with a representative of the TSA (read about halfway through the article) who presented their side of the issue.

Thanks again,
James

Why did you bother with this "comment"? There are no facts presentd, only the defensive ramblings of the good Dr. I doubt your views are as benign as they seem. Could this be a case of a rich white doctor trying to protect his financial and political interest by defending a tyrant?

I just did a quick Google search and found two dozen Walter Murypys. One WM is a musician and has a piece entitled "Gentle Explosion". Another is an author. Another is a producer...yada, yada.

This Walter Murphy is just a wannabe Terrorist Watchlist groupee. And he's the chair of Princton's Department of Jurisprudence? WOW! He needs to purchase some carbon offsets to set an example.
