I'm sorry, but I just don't get it. What else is it that Harborplace needs.There is shopping on both sides of the street and the big entertainments are already in place and they are not changing locations, so what could be added to improve tourism? We have other more pressing financial problems in this city which is why we are told that we should vote for slots because we need this additional money for schools and infrastructure.
